Lafayette

Five years running Lafayette's uniform fabric catalog.1 Uniforms. The category everyone ignores — and the one quietly paying the bills.2 Our job: make it look like nothing else in the market. Every time.

1 Every year and a half, technically. Nobody asked, but we're precise like that.

2 Don't tell the "cooler" categories. They wouldn't take it well.

Four people in Lafayette uniforms — neon-yellow workwear, a white lab coat, a beige jumpsuit and an orange-and-grey jacket — in front of a rust-red wall

Five people in different uniforms — sportswear, a football jersey, an orange jumpsuit — walking toward the camera on a street
Behind the scenes, in black and white: a bearded man in glasses and a woman looking at a camera screen
Behind the scenes, in black and white: a photographer shooting people on a concrete staircase under an umbrella, and the crew on the street

Uniforms had a reputation: studio-shot, forgettable, nine categories that had never once shared a frame.3 We fixed that. Out of the studio. Onto the street.

3 Nine categories, zero chemistry, until we showed up.

The street was the only thing they had in common.

4 Yes, this took a whiteboard and way too much coffee to figure out.

Admin. Healthcare. Industrial. Nine worlds that share nothing — except the same street, every single morning.4 Same corner. Same red light.5 So that's where we shot it.

5 We scouted an actual intersection. Like it was a location, not a sidewalk.

6 Highest-performing category in the portfolio, and it still looked like an afterthought. Rude.

Nine universes. One campaign. No studio walls to hide behind. Just real streets, real light, and whatever mood Bogotá was in that day.7

7 No bounce cards. No seamless paper. No do-overs. We don't do safety nets.

“Five years in, and they still find a way to make uniforms look like something you'd actually stop and look at.”

Six days. One street. No studio.

8 Someone called it "the good kind of exhausting." We're reserving judgment.

6 AM to 7 PM, six days straight.8 Full crew, full street, no shortcuts — because shortcuts weren't the brief. Photography, audiovisual, a full cycle of content. All shot in real light, on real streets.9

9 Real weather, real traffic, strangers wandering into frame. Most of them stayed. They earned it.

They earned it.
