Organic

Wholly devoted to pioneering organic coffee, and to keeping the essence of the crop intact.
A coffee brand born from a jam session.1 Literally. One coffee expert, one rockstar, one self-sustaining farm — and a shared obsession with everything that has a frequency.2 Our job: turn all of that into a brand.

1 Not a metaphor. There was an actual jam session involved.
2 Coffee, music, farm life — turns out they're all just vibrations if you zoom out enough.

3 Ask him about processing methods. We dare you. Block out your afternoon.
On one side: Geoff, a coffee expert who's spent his life at conferences most people have never heard of, learning things most people will never need to know.3 On the other: Catalina, lead singer of Monsieur Periné, running a self-sustaining farm because supermarket coffee never sat right with her.4 Two very different résumés. One very specific obsession: sound.
4 The kind of person who reads ingredient labels for fun. We respect it.

Its energy isn’t rigid — it’s alive and expansive. It moves in soft waves, like running water and the curve of the mountains.
A clean, abstract, universal aesthetic that works just as well in Asia, Europe or North America.
Sensitive and protective. It echoes nature’s subtlety in its curved forms, with a deep instinct for “listening” and nurturing.

Industrial coffee is silent. Packaged, processed, flatlined. Imatana's coffee comes from a farm where nothing is quiet — insects, wind, soil, roots, all of it humming at once.6 We didn't want to sell coffee. We wanted to sell the noise it came from.
No steam swirls. No rustic sacks. No cliché farm-to-cup imagery. Instead: frequencies, oscillations, the visual language of something alive and vibrating.8 Because a bag of coffee on a shelf is just packaging. A frequency is a signal — and signals get noticed.
8 A packaging aisle full of beans and burlap, and then this. You'd notice too.
